AGEADAPT

“Adaptation tools for ageing workforce in SMEs” was the title of a project under the EU’s Erasmus+ programme. From 01.11.2021 to 31.10.2023, 6 organisations from 6 countries did work together to enable workers to stay in their jobs as long as possible.

The rapidly ageing population in most European countries is leading to a noticeable shortage of skilled workers, which will become even more acute in the coming years. It will therefore be a goal of companies to enable older workers to stay in their jobs as long as possible.

Our project had two target groups:

  • Older workers (55+)
  • Small and medium-sized enterprises (SME)

For both groups, we jointly developed learning materials that will help workers and companies to recognise and cope with the specific needs of ageing workforces.

All project results can be found on the project website.
