How can young people be motivated to take on responsibility in a family-run company? How can they incorporate the principles and goals of sustainable development?
We are addressing these and many other questions in our Erasmus+ project SUFABU. The project consortium with partners from Cyprus, the Czech Republic, Spain, Italy, Sweden and Germany will use the project duration – it runs until 30 November 2026 – to collect and prepare practical examples in case studies. Training materials and videos will also help to bring sustainability and business succession together.
