AGEADAPT: Last project meeting in Cádiz

Time flies by

On September 14th, the partner of the Erasmus+ project AGEADAPT met for the fifth and last time within this project. In Cádiz/Spain, we reviewed all our work and discussed how to disseminate the results. We also got the chance to collect several ideas for a follow-up project.
Age management is becoming increasingly popular in smaller and medium companies (SMEs), but many knowledge gaps remain. Our project results on can help managers by giving them practical guidelines and showing best practices they might implement.
We took the idea a step further and created some micro-learning videos and texts that can help broaden your knowledge of helpful digital tools.

After two years of intensive teamwork, all project partners were sad that we needed to say goodbye – at least for now. Many thanks to Javier for being such a great host. Cádiz, it’s people and especially the food are amazing!
